The Inspiring story of Donkey

One day a farmer's donkey fell down into a well. The animal cried piteously for hours as the farmer tried to figure out what to do. Finally, he decided the animal was old, and the well needed to be covered up anyway; it just wasn't worth it to retrieve the donkey.

He invited all his neighbours to come over and help him. They all grabbed a shovel and began to shovel dirt into the well. At first, the donkey realized what was happening and cried horribly. Then, to everyone's amazement he quieted down.

A few shovel loads later, the farmer finally looked down the well. He was astonished at what he saw. With each shovel of dirt that hit his back, the donkey was doing something amazing. He would shake it off and take a step up.

As the farmer's neighbours continued to shovel dirt on top of the animal, he would shake it off and take a step up. Pretty soon,
everyone was amazed as the donkey stepped up over the edge of the well and happily trotted off!

MORAL :

Life is going to shovel dirt on you, all kinds of dirt. The trick to getting out of the well is to shake it off and take a step up. Each of our troubles is a steppingstone. We can get out of the deepest wells just by not stopping, never giving up! Shake it off and take a step up.

Remember the five simple rules to be happy:

1. Free your heart from hatred - Forgive.

2. Free your mind from worries - Most never happen.

3. Live simply and appreciate what you have.

4. Give more.

5. Expect less

You have two choices...smile and close this page, or pass this along to someone else to spread the fun. I know what I did!!

11 July - Austrian authorities begin interviewing Elisabeth Fritzl

Reported by Guardian uk

Austrian authorities have today begun interviewing Elisabeth Fritzl, the woman held captive in a cellar for 24 years by her father, Josef.

The interview is being filmed so Elisabeth will not have to give evidence in person at her father's trial, officials have said.

A doctor is participating in the questioning to help police to discover how one of the seven babies she was forced to bear by her father died, prosecutors said.

Police expect to be ready to lay formal charges against Josef Fritzl within a few months, and his trial could start later this year.

He is expected to be charged with incest and abduction but could also face a murder charge if found responsible for the death of the baby – one of twins born to his daughter in 1997.

Police said Fritzl had already admitted incinerating the infant's body but it is not clear exactly how or why the baby died.

According to prosecutors, Fritzl has confessed to keeping his daughter captive in an underground cellar complex at his home in Amstetten, where he says he had seven children with her.

Three of the children were confined to the cellar, three were raised above ground by Fritzl and his wife. The other died in infancy.

DNA tests have proved he is the father of Elisabeth's six surviving children.

The case came to light after one of the children he fathered, Kerstin, became seriously ill and was taken to hospital.

He only released Elisabeth, now 42, from her underground prison after doctors appealed for the sick teenager's mother to come forward because they were unable to find her medical records.

Elisabeth then told police of her ordeal.

Kerstin, who was in a coma until earlier this month, is expected to make a full recovery.

Elisabeth and her children are undergoing treatment at a psychiatric hospital.

One of the three children raised above ground, a 15-year-old girl, left the clinic to take part in a four-day youth fire brigade camp along with 4,000 other teenagers, an Austrian paper has reported.

Fritzl is being held in pre-trial detention in St Poelten, 80 km (50 miles) west of the capital, Vienna, while police assemble the case against him.

July 08 -Doctors to allow questioning of Elisabeth Fritzl

Austrian incest victim Elisabeth Fritzl will be questioned by a public prosecutor for the first time in mid-July, after her doctors gave the green light, a spokesman for the prosecution said today.

The 42-year-old woman had been incarcerated and repeatedly raped by her father Josef for over 24 years. During her time in the dungeon below her family home in Amstetten, Elisabeth Fritzl gave birth to seven children, one of whom died shortly after birth.

A medical expert specialised in the health of newborn babies would also attend the interview, Sedlacek said, "in order to ask questions about the state of the newborn".

If judicial authorities determine that Josef Fritzl, 73, neglected to provide medical care for the dead child, he might be charged with murder, in addition to rape and illegal restraint.

Josef Fritzl remains in prison until the trial which is expected later this year.

In April, Elisabeth Fritzl and her children were freed after she convinced her tormentor to take her seriously ill daughter Kerstin to hospital.

Gallstones Removal - 6 days treatment

Gallstones Removal -- 6 days treatment

1. Liver
2. Common Bile Duct
3. Gallstones
4. Gallbladder

REMOVING GALLSTONES NATURALLY
by Dr Lai Chiu-Nan

It has worked for many. If it works for you please pass on the good news. Chiu Nan is not charging for it, so we should make it free for everyone. Your reward is when someone, through your word of mouth, benefits from the regime. Gallstones may not be everyone's concern. But they should be because we all have them. Moreover, gallstones may lead to cancer. 'Cancer is never the first illness,' Chiu Nan points out. 'Usually, there are a lot of other problems leading to cancer.

In my research in China, I came across some materials which say that people with cancer usually have stones. We all have gallstones. It's a matter of big or small, many or few.

One of the symptoms of gallstones is a feeling of bloatedness after a heavy meal. You feel like you can't digest the food. If it gets more serious, you feel pain in the liver area.' So if you think you have gallstones, Chiu Nan offers the following method to remove them naturally.

The treatment is also good for those with a weak liver, because the liver and gallbladder are closely linked.

Regimen:
1. For the first five days, take four glasses of apple juice every day. Or eat four or five apples, whichever you prefer. Apple juice softens the gallstones. During the five days, eat normally.
2. On the sixth day, take no dinner.
3. At 6 PM, take a teaspoon of Epsom salt (magnesium sulphate) with a glass of warm water.
4. At 8 PM, repeat the same. Magnesium sulphate opens the gallbladder ducts.
5. At 10 PM, take half cup olive oil (or sesame oil) with half cup fresh lemon juice. Mix it well and drink it. The oil lubricates the stones to ease their passage.

The next morning, you will find green stones in your stools. 'Usually they float,' Chiu Nan notes. 'You might want to count them. I have had people who passes 40, 50 or up to 100 stones. Very many.'

'Even if you don't have any symptoms of gallstones, you still might have some. It's always good to give your gall bladder a clean-up now and then. Please be commited, and complete the whole regimen, and not do it half heartedly.

Stillborn Baby Raised by Praying Teens after 27 Hours

by Aimee Herd : Jul 3, 2008 : David and Kathie Walters Ministries

"The other villagers came to the house to see this amazing miracle. They asked us which of the Indian gods we had prayed to for such a miracle to happen. We told them we had prayed to the biggest God ever and we began to explain to them about Jesus."

EDITOR'S NOTE: Kathie Walters Ministries has forwarded an amazing testimony involving teenage prayer warriors on a mission trip to Guatemala. God is doing great things among those who are willing to be used of Him. I am reminded of Habakkuk's prayer: "LORD, I have heard of Your fame; I stand in awe of Your deeds, O LORD. Renew them in our day, in our time make them known…" May we ALL be willing to be used by God to bring life in a world filled with death. –Aimee Herd, BCN.

Dear friends,

This is a testimony from a young lady in our church (14), who was part of team used by God to raise a stillborn baby from the dead in Guatemala. We know this young lady personally. Her character and integrity are without reproach. You are about to read a bonafide, contemporary Lazarus resurrection story. This is as close to the flame of a literal resurrection from the dead as we have ever been!

BIG blessings,
Dave and Anita

Testimony from Abby:

"My name is Abby. I am 14 years old. I live in western North Carolina. During the summer of 2008, I went on a ministry trip to Guatemala. During part of the trip, we divided up into small ministry teams (5 to 7 people) and visited different villages in the San Pedro La Laguna area. We traveled from village to village telling the Indian people about Jesus. On one particular day, we were visiting in the home of a young woman. She lived in a small village of about 14 or 15 houses. We were trying to lead the young lady to Christ, but it was not going very well. After awhile, we decided to move on. Before leaving, we asked the woman if we could pray with her about anything in her life. She told us that just the day before, she had given birth to a stillborn baby and that we could pray with her about that.

"In Guatemalan culture, there is great shame and condemnation on mothers who give birth to deformed or stillborn children. We prayed a simple prayer that everything would go well with the funeral and burial of the baby and that the mother would be spared the shame and condemnation associated with having given birth to a stillborn child. As we were praying this simple prayer, my friend and fellow ministry team member, Julia (age 17), told me that we needed to pray over the baby's body. I thought she was crazy to suggest this and that it was not a good idea. Julia was persistent. She said again that we really needed to pray over the baby's body. She told me to ask the mother if she still had the baby's body. When I asked, the mother told us the baby's body was wrapped up in a burial cloth in the back room. I asked her if we could pray over the body. The mother hesitantly said, yes. We went into the backroom and saw the baby's body wrapped up in a bundle on the bed. Julia poked her head out of the back room and asked if she could unwrap the baby's head. The mother said, yes, if we wrapped it back correctly when we were done. Julia picked up the body and unwrapped the head. The baby's head was tiny and pale. The baby was stillborn and had been dead outside the womb for 27 hours. Her skin had turned shades of purple. Our entire ministry team, five of us, began crying and praying over this baby.

Praying/file photo"We prayed for thirty to forty minutes. At the end of that time, Julia screamed out to God, telling Him that she believed with all of her heart that this baby could be raised from the dead. After Julia screamed out, everyone was silent. We were quietly interceding and praying. Within a few minutes, the baby started moving. Then the baby coughed and began crying. The mother came rushing into the room. She was screaming, what is going on? No one could answer her. We were just staring at the baby, who had come back to life. The mother asked us again, what is going on? She began crying as she saw that her baby was alive. She ran out of the house and banged on every door in the village, telling all of the people that God is real because her baby was alive. Within about thirty minutes, the baby's skin tone and movements had become completely normal.

"The other villagers came to the house to see this amazing miracle. They asked us which of the Indian gods we had prayed to for such a miracle to happen. We told them we had prayed to the biggest God ever and we began to explain to them about Jesus. Soon, we realized we would not have time to minister salvation to each person individually. So, we gathered all the villagers together, turned on our little sound system and explained the way of salvation. Everyone in the village, 80 to 90 people, prayed to receive Jesus. Each of them was baptized in the Holy Spirit and began speaking in tongues. Many would fall to the ground as the power of the Holy Spirit came on them.

"Five days later, we returned to the village to check in on the mother and the baby. The village had prepared a big dinner in honor of our team. We enjoyed a wonderful time of fellowship together. The baby, whom they named Julia, was perfectly healthy and had gained weight. Even after five days, the mother was still shaking from the impact of God on her life through the resurrection of her child. Two days after our follow-up visit, the mother brought baby Julia to church. The mother was still shaking from the power of God on her life following this astounding miracle."

Wimbledon Tennis Grand Slam - Rising Star

I don't really follow Tennis Grand Slam that much before, but this year a player in the Wimbledon Grand Slam caught my attention, who is she? she is the tiny size player from China - Zheng Jie.
What impresses me was of cause she made the history of Tennis in China, the first Chinese player who successfully proceeded to semi- final! Another most impressive thing that i found in this player is, she wants to donate all the rewards that she wins in 2008 to the China earthquake victim ! what a generous act.

Keep up the good work Zheng Jie.
God bless you.
